Article 1. Promulgation of the nomenclature

The nomenclature of foods, food additives, food processing aids, and food implements, packaging and containers under the management of the Ministry of Health (hereinafter referred to as “the Nomenclature”) whose HS codes have been assigned in the Vietnam’s nomenclature of exports and imports is promulgated together with the Circular No. 65/2017/TT-BTC dated June 27, 2017.

Article 2. Rules for application

  1. This nomenclature is prepared according to Vietnam’s nomenclature of exports and imports. It is used according to the following rules:
  2. a) If there is only a 2-digit code, all 8-digit commodities of Chapter 2 are applied.
