Circular on traceability of food-related products under management of Ministry of Health



This Circular prescribes principles and cases of traceability and responsibility to implement traceability with respect to food, micronutrients in food, additives, aromatic spices, processing aids, tools, packaging and container materials that come food processing aids that come into direct contact with food under management of Ministry of Health (hereinafter referred to as “food-related products“) specified under Annex II attached to Decree No. 15/2018/ND-CP dated February 2, 2018 of Government.
