Implementing the 2022 – 2023 operation of the “Safe Food for Growth” project (SAFEGRO) funded by the Government of Canada, the Project Implementing Agency has organized a survey of specialized undergraduate curriculum on food safety and quality assurance in Vietnam. To consult with relevant agencies on the draft reports, and discuss and agree on the orientation to develop the framework of the undergraduate training program on food safety of the Project in 2023 – 2024; The Department of Quality, Processing and Market Development (NAFIQAD), SAFEGRO and Vietnam National University of Agriculture organize an consultation workshop “Survey results on Undergraduate Curriculum of Food Safety and Quality” on June 3, 2023 at Vietnam National University of Agriculture (Gia Lam, Hanoi).
Participants of the workshop are representatives of regulatory agencies related to food safety, research institutes, food production, processing and business enterprises; universities have training programs on food quality and safety, professional associations, international organizations in Vietnam, and project experts related to the organization of consultation workshops.
